Losang Tseten Barshee

Losang Tseten Barshee, a Michelin-trained chef from Lhasa, Tibet, has worked in Switzerland’s finest kitchens, opened acclaimed restaurants, and led culinary teams worldwide. In 2024, honoring a promise to Jetsun Pema la, sister of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, he founded HOPE CCC TCV in McLeod Ganj to share his expertise and inspire the next generation of chefs.

Thinley Wangmo

Thinley Wangmo, a graduate of ITI Selakui with experience in leading restaurants and management roles, met Chef Barshee while co-managing Humanity Café. Together, they began building HOPE, turning vision into reality.
